Terra Naturi Fresh Mint - Oil Pulling - 200 ml

Description

The Fresh Mint Oil made from plant oils, such as organic sesame and peppermint, is the perfect addition to brushing your teeth. Morning oil pulling has a long tradition in Ayurvedic medicine to clean the mouth and throat and to strengthen the gums. Sesame oil is said to have a special effect, while organic peppermint oil ensures fresh breath.

Application: In the morning before brushing your teeth, put a tablespoon of oil in your mouth and repeatedly pull and swish it through the spaces between your teeth for 10-20 minutes. Do not swallow the oil, but spit it into a paper towel and dispose of it. Then brush your teeth as usual.
