Even waterproof make-up can be removed completely with the 2-phase make-up remover effortlessly and without excessive friction. The formula is non-greasy on the skin and leaves your eyes feeling clean and refreshed.
Use:
- Shake vigorously before use in order to combine the two phases well.
- Soak a cotton pad with the eye make-up remover and gently rub it over the closed eyes from the inside out.
- You may need to use another cotton ball to remove all make-up residues from the lids and eyelashes.
