How to use: Fold the menstrual cup and insert it. The cup opens in the body, creating a slight vacuum that guarantees the perfect fit. The frequency of emptying depends on the heaviness of bleeding. To do this, carefully remove, empty and clean the cup. The cup can then be used again.

Important note: Before the first use and after each monthly cycle, sterilise the cup. To do this, boil the cup in hot water for a few minutes.
